Window shattered by strong wind gust. Contacted Window Repair and repair man assessed damage and repaired window within 24 hours of my initial call. Professional response from my initial contact with the company up to the final installation of the new window. I give Window Repair NYC 2 👍🏼👍🏼 up, and as a property owner of a multi family building; I will contact this company for any future building window repair issues. Fair pricing, rapid response, and quality repair. That’s a trifecta that’s hard to beat!

Great experience! I’m a glazier in Oregon , and my family in NYC had some 100 year old windows the needed repaired to sell their brownstone . They had no luck with the people the spoke too about it. I did some research and set up a estimate time for the next day, the day after it was fixed, they tell me the whole thing was a great experience for them.

Came out first thing in the morning after a Holiday weekend where our double pane window had been broken. Had it replaced by the next morning. Gave me a discount for paying in cash. Team was friendly and courteous and did a great job. Price was reasonable considering circumstances. Would use again. Window is back in place and even better than before.

We use Window Repair NYC for all of our window and glass needs. Over the years front glass doors to the lobbies have been cracked or broken and Window Repair NYC has always done a great job in replacing them for us. They are easy to work with, always reliable and friendly. A tenant had a stuck window, which wouldn’t slide open and Window Repair NYC replaced it for us. I called one of the big name window companies like Renewal by Anderson, who quoted us an outrageous price, then I remembered about Window Repair NYC and they came and measured and replaced for a reasonable price. Give them a call, they will work with you!

Window Repair determined the window’s balances had snapped.and needed replacement.
I spoke with Jeremy, the manager, who only was he friendly and accommodating. I had an appointment for repair within a week. The service men arrived on time, worked efficiently and quickly. The entire process took less than hour..

Oliver was extremely professional, courteous and quick to respond to any emails, texts or phone calls. Scheduling was done in a very timely manner. The installers showed up on time, did the job very well and cleaned up after themselves. Our new sliding mirrored closet doors came out perfectly. I highly recommend this company!

I’ve had three of my shops repaired on 3 separate occasions, twice in an emergency situation, they were able to get someone out to give me a quote at an excellent and convenient price and replace the glass all in the same day. I highly recommend them.
